鄭大副校長(zhǎng)：打造國(guó)際創(chuàng)新中心吸引全球科研人才

全國(guó)政協(xié)委員、鄭州大學(xué)副校長(zhǎng)單崇新在接受中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)《委員說(shuō)》專(zhuān)訪(fǎng)時(shí)表示，鄭州大學(xué)將進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與企業(yè)合作，推動(dòng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室科研成果加快轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用、走向產(chǎn)業(yè)一線(xiàn)；同時(shí)深化國(guó)際合作，著力打造國(guó)際創(chuàng)新中心，吸引全球科研人才集聚。

在今年全國(guó)兩會(huì)期間，他將重點(diǎn)關(guān)注青年教育以及科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化等議題。

Shan Chongxin: Build intl innovation center to attract global talent

Shan Chongxin, vice-president of Zhengzhou University ,menber of the National Committee of CPPCC :My main task in the university is to carry out my research. And my research is mainly focused on the groups and applications of diamonds.

[Key focus areas]For every year, I submit some proposals on education, and science and technology, and other social activities. For this year, I focused on education of young people, especially for the young students in underdeveloped regions in China. And also some activities of science and technology. And how to transfer science technology from the university to the society and to the industry. That's the issues I focused and concern with during the conference.

[Diamond application and scied collaboration]Diamond, as a gem, it is well known. But also, it has many application prospects in many fields. It has many potential applications in many areas. But some of them they have been widely applied in cutting tools and abrasive tllos. So in Henan province, China, there are many factories that work on these. In the coming years, I think we will strengthen the cooperation with the factories, and try to find some common questions they encountered in the industry, and try to resolve them in our lab. And also transfer the knowledge we got in the lab to the industry. It is also essential for international corporationations to resolve some common questions in this area. For example, we want to build an international innovation center, to attract the scientists around the world to this research center, to work together to resolve some common questions in this area.
